We have spent a very difficult afternoon prioritising childcare places. Due to a declining number of staff we have very limited spaces. We can only provide critical childcare for children who fall into the following categories:

  • Vulnerable (as defined by the Government guidelines)
  • Children who have both parents (or a sole parent) who work/works in health and social care, public safety and national security and education and childcare.
  • Children who have both parents or sole parent who work/works in other areas deemed critical.

We have contacted all carers and parents who we believe fall into this category and they will receive a letter via School Money.

We understand that this will be disappointing for many of you. If you believe that you fall into the categories above and have not been offered a place please contact office@queenshill.norfolk.sch.uk. Please do not phone the school office. However, please be reminded that in school provision is only for those families who really cannot keep their children at home. If we have allocated you a place and you are now able to work remotely from home please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reallocate your place.

Thank you for your understanding in these challenging times.
