Following the promotion of one our AHTs, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable leader to join our forward thinking and committed team.

Can you further strengthen the leadership in our wonderful school where “The curriculum is vibrant and stimulating… The school is a bright, engaging, nurturing environment where adults strive to develop the ‘whole child’.” We have an excellent opportunity for you to take on a senior leadership role within our school – you will be an experienced and outstanding teacher ready to take on the
role of assistant head teacher or you may currently be in a leadership role and want experience in a large school setting. Working in partnership with a fellow AHT, you will be responsible for either “Behaviours for Learning” or “Curriculum
Development”. You will be class based two days a week initially in either KS1 or 2, depending on your expertise.
You will have the opportunity to work across the school and develop the skills that are needed to help you prepare for your journey to headship by rotating the AHT roles over time.
You will have:

needs of each cohort to ensure that every child makes at least good progress
